Samira Weiss-Bouslama has been involved in systemic approaches in the areas of ecology, group dynamics, team leadership, training and facilitation for over 15 years. As an employee of the Umweltdachverband and the Forum Umweltbildung, Samira developed extensive skills in project management, ledership, moderation and the conception and implementation of a wide range of events, workshops and webinars. holistic facilitation describes their way of working.

She does trainings and workshops for the University College for Agricultural and Environmental Education, the IES Abroad, the Forum Umweltbildung and other institution about the Sustianable Developement goals (SDGs), transformative Education and the Inner Developement Goals (IDGs).
She will support you with workshops, trainings and consultations and find customised solutions for your concerns.

Facilitation at the Free Humanist School Berlin

Samira Weiss-Bouslama and Truels Dentler accompanied the Free Humanist School in Berlin on its next development steps. Through facilitation, they were able to help improve the school team’s cooperation and communication and take the first steps towards self-organisation.

You have laid the foundations together. A completely new team in a very challenging environment with a big task ahead of them. Inner Work for Outer Change – ESD Summer Academy of the Forum Umweltbildung

100 participants came to the ESD Summer academy 2024 of the Forum Umweltbildung to exchange ideas and learn more about the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) on the topic of ‘Change:Ability’. Doris Pleyer and Samira Weiss-Bouslama in the Forum Umwelbildung coordinated the content and hosted the 3-day event.

Game Developement

Games can not only simplify complex topics but also act as a driver for corporate and personal development. Here are a few business games that Samira was able to develop and implement as part of her work at the Umweltdachverband.

Empowerment for the 17 Sustainable Development Goals

The game was developed for the Climate Ministry (BMK) by Samira as part of the Forum Umweltbildung team to create opportunities for dialogue and reflection on the sustainability goals.

Sustainable Regional Planning

This communicative and tactical role-playing game was designed by Till Meyer (Spieltrieb) and Samira Weiss-Bouslama for the Forum Umweltbildung bzw. Climate Ministry (BMK) . It encourages reflection on soil protection and sustainable spatial planning.

Participatory Design of River Spaces

The combination of renaturalisation and flood protection makes sense and is also very challenging. The map set ‘River design is key!’ was designed by Samira Weiss-Bouslama for a European project in the Umweltdachverband and is available online in German language.
