About holistic facilitation, me and my Partners

Even Better Together…

What does a Facilitator do?

Facilitators are all about social intelligence and empathy. They don’t focus on the end result, but rather create a space where people can interact and exchange ideas. Their main goal is to make sure the group’s existing knowledge is visible and usable. This way, they can help participants develop solutions on their own, always assuming that the answers are already within the group.

Why „holistic“ facilitation?

holistic facilitation is a way of facilitating that looks at the whole picture and the well-being of the group as a whole. It considers not only the content of a process or discussion, but also the emotional, social and psychological aspects of the participants.

Systemic methods, mindfulness, experiential educational games and the inclusion of head, heart and hands in our workshops are our trademark.

Elements of holistic facilitation

We take a holistic approach, making sure we consider not just the goal, but also the dynamics and well-being of the group in the process.

We promote a balance between cognitive considerations (head), emotional reactions (heart) and the physical well-being (body) of our participants.

Systemic thinking is about embracing the complexity of interactions within a group and the larger system in which they operate. It’s a way of seeing things that is both fascinating and empowering.

The process is designed in such a way that the group can find sustainable solutions that have a long-term effect and do not just achieve short-term success.

The facilitator creates an atmosphere of mindfulness and presence, where everyone feels comfortable and can realise their full potential.
