Thinking Circle:

This method is an effective way for groups to share thoughts and ideas in a structured way. Each person speaks without interruption while the others actively listen. This approach ensures deeper insights and a stronger sense of community.

Council

A facilitated, ritualised setting in which participants sit in a circle and share experiences, insights and emotions in a safe and trusting space.

Theory U – A Generative Method

Theory U is about making big changes by thinking deeply about yourself and your group. The result is a new solution that comes from a deeper understanding of the situation and your role in it.
One of the most important parts of Theory U is Presencing. Presencing is about connecting with the future by focusing on being present, listening and understanding inner and outer signals more deeply.
